The first step to starting treatment with me is for us to have a brief phone conversation to discuss any questions you may have and for me to better understand if the type of treatment you need is something that I offer. If we decide to schedule an intake, you will be directed to my patient portal to fill out forms including consenting to my practice policies.
Requests for medication refills should be made at the time of your appointment. Patients are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate refills until the next appointment. If you are to find that you need refills in between appointments, I should be contacted directly via Luminello patient portal or phone call (not text). Please note that refill requests can take up to 3 business days and plan accordingly. (If you have run out, your pharmacy can sometimes, on request, provide a few days of some medications to allow you time while your refill request is being processed).
It is important to contact me directly rather than relying pharmacy refill requests as these do not always reflect our most recent changes so I rely on direct communication about prescriptions.
